Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to quote, book and carry out your job. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The address or location where you'd like the work done
• Vehicle details such as make, model and registration number
• Photos of the damage to your vehicle's glass
• Insurance details if you're claiming, such as your insurer's name and claim number
• Your preferred day and time for the job, and any notes you give us

We never ask for credit card or bank details through our website.

How we use your information

• To assess the damage and give you a quote
• To schedule your job and contact you about it
• To source the correct glass for your vehicle
• To process insurance claims with your insurer, when you ask us to
• To keep records of the work we've done, including for our workmanship guarantee

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when it's needed to do your job or required by law, for example:

• Your insurance company, if you're making a claim
• Glass suppliers, limited to the vehicle details needed to order the right part
• Service providers that run our website, forms and email. They store information on our behalf and may hold it on servers outside New Zealand, with safeguards comparable to New Zealand privacy law.

How we store and protect it

Information you send through our website is transmitted securely over HTTPS. Photos and job details are kept in private storage that only we can access. We keep job records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including any guarantee or insurance follow-up, and then delete them.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include an embedded Google Map and Google Fonts, and Google may collect basic technical information such as your IP address when these load. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights
